At Acreates Threads, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund and return policy below.

 Returns and Exchanges

1. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our embroidered hoodies and crewnecks, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in workmanship or the garment is damaged upon arrival.
   
2. Non-Custom Orders: For non-custom items, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will cover shipping for returns of defective products and offer a full refund or replacement, based on customer preference.

1. Custom Orders: Refunds are not available for custom orders unless the item arrives defective or damaged. In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Custom Orders: For non-custom returns, once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (for non-defective items) will be deducted from your refund.
